Processing Time
Majni Dates uses priority shipping to deliver your order within 2–5 business days.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of order confirmation (Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are delivered using refrigerated vehicles to ensure the freshness and quality of the dates upon arrival.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Any additional charges incurred during delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Majni Dates is not responsible for any fees imposed during the delivery of your order or shipment.
Delivery delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection by customs authorities in the destination country.
Standard Shipping Rates
The standard shipping fee within the UAE is AED 25.
All deliveries are handled using refrigerated vehicles to maintain product quality during transit.
Any shipment exceeding 7 kg may be split into multiple shipments, in which case additional shipping charges may apply.
